Thanks for reading. One point I’d make is you are right, there is no one size fits all solution but both Scrum and Safe claims to be. The team should decide how they work, and only real thing about Agile teams is not that they choose any of the frameworks, but continuously improve. Not being stifled by rigidity at the company level. The other video to watch is War is Peace by same guy. BTW he is one of the signatories of the manifesto.
